KAMILSHOP.EU, also referred to as the “(web) service”, “online service”, and the “Client” or “Customer”, are the parties to this User Agreement.

Service Description

 1. KAMILSHOP.EU is an online aggregator of pharmaceutical product delivery services. The service arranges combined delivery from the manufacturer (or dropship representatives) to the Customer using local transport services or private carriers and couriers.

 2. KAMILSHOP.EU is an information service, providing support for the delivery and preservation of the Client's order. The service does not provide medical services or consultations in any form, and does not deliver: anabolics, potent drugs, narcotics, or other substances prohibited from free circulation.

 3. The KAMILSHOP.EU web service uses Cookie files to adjust some content elements, language, and currency to your region. The KAMILSHOP service does not transfer Customer data to third parties, maintains complete Customer confidentiality, encrypts all data entered by the Customer in the database, and automatically destroys it every 15 calendar days.

Responsibility and Guarantees of the Parties

 4. The KAMILSHOP.EU online service guarantees timely delivery and information support for the order on the order page.

   4.1 Maximum Delivery Times

   4.2 Via Posta Moldovei - up to 7 business days from the moment the order is dispatched.

   4.3 Via Nova Post - up to 5 business days from the moment the order is dispatched.

   4.4 Orders are dispatched to the country within 12-36 hours of the Customer placing them.

   4.5 Delivery times may vary due to reasons beyond our control and force majeure; the postal company or state services will announce this.

   4.6 An order is considered "Delivered" immediately upon arrival at the postal or courier office specified by the customer.

 5. If the ordered products were damaged, the order was incomplete, or other problems occurred that are not related to the Customer and the delivery service chosen by them, the KAMILSHOP service will refund the Customer's expenses and provide an additional bonus for orders on the website.

 6.  KAMILSHOP is not responsible and does not provide insurance for cases that occurred not due to the fault of the Service, specifically:

   6.1 The Customer provided incorrect recipient data (name, surname, address, and/or phone number), which made it impossible to issue the order to them.

   6.2 The customer's/recipient's phone number was switched off/busy/unavailable for several consecutive days, making it impossible to contact them for a long time and/or send an SMS notification about the parcel's arrival.

   6.3 The Customer/Recipient did not appear at the specified postal or courier office within the parcel's storage period, and it was sent to the post/courier service warehouse.

   In all the above cases, the customer independently resolves logistics and return issues.

 7.  The Client understands that cancellation and refund of a paid order are impossible. In case of necessity to change recipient data or delivery address after the order has been dispatched, or other unforeseen circumstances on the Customer's side, they independently contact the courier or postal service to reschedule or change the delivery conditions.

 8. By arranging the delivery of ordered products through KAMILSHOP.EU, the Customer guarantees they are 18+ years of age and also confirms that they have received specialist consultation regarding their dosage, personal restrictions, component intolerance, and bears full responsibility for complying with the rules of conscientious intake, storage, and use of the ordered products.
